Job summary

The Guthrie Clinic is seeking an Operating Room Radiologic Technologist to support physicians and OR staff in performing fluoroscopy with portable C-arm equipment. You will assist with patient positioning and immobilization to obtain optimal views.

Responsibilities include adjusting exposure factors, coordinating C-arm use, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring radiation safety. You will supervise radiology students and work across shifts, including weekends, in a high‑demand OR

Qualifications

• High School diploma and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• AAS degree preferred.
• Certification required: ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiologic procedures using portable C-arm fluoroscopy in the OR.
• Assist with patient positioning on the operating table and immobilization for optimal views.
• Coordinate and monitor the use of C-arms and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Apply radiation protection techniques and shielding to minimize exposure for patient and staff.
• Supervise and instruct radiology students in the operating room area.
