You will deliver targeted education, participate in rounding, and address practice gaps while fostering a positive learning environment for professional growth. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Registered nurse license in the state(s) where practicing is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% in market.
• Nationally Recognized Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates lifelong learning and onboarding programs to promote retention.
• Delivers orientation to transition-to-practice programs for new staff.
• Conducts training to create a positive learning environment.
• Identifies professional development needs for staff in the specialty setting.
• Guides staff in career advancement resources and growth.
• Applies adult learning theory to develop educational programs.
• Uses evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to refine curricula.
• Contributes insights for succession planning and skill mastery.
