Responsibilities include setting up instruments, maintaining patient safety, documenting care, and coordinating with RN staff. Prior OR tech experience and CPR/BLS are required; some roles may be PRN or part-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; program graduate preferred.
• 2 years of direct surgical experience required.
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days.
• Bilingual skills in English and Native languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients.
• Set up tables, instruments and supplies for operations.
• Maintain sterile field and assist with draping and patient positioning.
• Document patient care activities and manage supplies as needed.
• Decontaminate equipment and restock supplies after cases.
• Support safe procedures and report safety concerns promptly.
