Qualifications

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Details

• Various 10 hour shifts scheduled within the M-F workweek. Call is required and would be one week of call and is part of department rotation, so one week every ~3 months. Call would be M-F 1730-0700 then S/S 48 hrs ending at 0700 Monday morning. After you do your week of call, you are off until the next rotation.
• Able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
• Able to be flexible and pivot based on changes during the day. Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist is preferred. -Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program. -Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist. -Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program. -Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech (context may vary by client).
• Urology knowledge is a plus.
• High School/GED and one of the following: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent.
