Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience Requirements:

• 12 months of recent role experience, including some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Operating Room experience within the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Texas license or compact license (required).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required; religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster and flu vaccination required; religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications or health documents to expedite onboarding.

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards unit experience. Max 5 days off; facility holidays are 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. One holiday off allowed. References from last 12 months required after submission.
