Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Winchester, VA. The role supports diverse surgical specialties and requires an active RN license with ADN or higher nursing degree. Experience in OR settings and ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing required or preferred.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications
