Job summary

Incredible Health in Natick, MA is looking for an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role covers day shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options, and requires an RN license and OR experience. ACLS/PALS are preferred, with duties spanning pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.

You'll ensure aseptic practice, monitor vitals, and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.
