Incredible Health in Medford, OR is seeking an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to join our hospital partners. You will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards, and ensure an aseptic, safe OR environment.

Qualified candidates have ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience; ACLS/PALS are preferred. We offer multiple shifts, full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with strong employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
