Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Arcadia, CA. We welcome RNs with OR experience across CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, and related areas. Both day and night shifts and full-time or part-time opportunities are available at our Magnet-recognized teaching hospital.

Requirements include ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license. ACLS/PALS preferred, with strong patient care and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (unencumbered).
• 1+ years OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe operating room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing duties and technical tasks as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
  

Responsibilities
