Incredible Health is actively hiring Hospitals in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area for an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). The role supports a range of OR areas and offers shifts including day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications include ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license; 1+ year OR experience is preferred. ACLS/PALS are preferred. Competitive benefits and sign-on options are available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
