Incredible Health Hospitals in Grand Blanc, MI are actively hiring for an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN). The role requires RN licensure with OR experience preferred and offers day and night shifts in full-time, part-time, and per-diem capacities.

Competitive salary ranges from $72,470 to $111,200 per year with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401K, PTO and tuition assistance. Strong teamwork and patient-family communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of OR or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
