Incredible Health in Jackson, MI is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to support surgical teams across CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, and more. This role requires ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and OR experience.

ACLS/PALS preferred; aseptic technique is essential for patient safety and care quality. Shifts include day, night, and mid; positions available in full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (ADN or higher) and an active RN license.
• 1+ year operating room or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• Aseptic technique proficiency and strong patient care.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain aseptic, safe operating room environment.
• Assist intraoperative nursing and technical duties.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedures and postoperative care.
