Job summary

Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is seeking an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year OR experience; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to support perioperative care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of OR or surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe Operating Room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative patient care and nursing duties.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications
