Incredible Health in the Jackson, MI area is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to support surgical patients before, during, and after procedures. The RN must hold ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year OR experience preferred; ACLS/PALS certifications are a plus.

Shifts include day, night, and mid. Roles are available as full‑time, part‑time, and per diem with comprehensive benefits and competitive salary listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience in OR/surgical setting preferred.
• Aseptic and sterile techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intraoperative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications
