Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in the United States seeks a dedicated OR Support Associate to maintain a sanitary environment and assist nurses with patient care in the Operating Room.

You will stock supplies, help with basic patient care, clean surgical suites, and move equipment as needed. A high school diploma and BLS certifications are required; one year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD).
• BLS American Heart RQI E-Card (BLS AHA-RQI ECARD).
• BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA).
• BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE).
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC).
• One (1) year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Stocks supplies in surgical suites as necessary or designated.
• Assist nurse with providing basic patient care.
• Cleans OR surgical suites and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Assist with moving surgical equipment.
