Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated facility support technician to assist in the Operating Room environment. The role involves cleaning OR suites, stocking supplies, and assisting nurses with basic patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The position requires handling heavy physical tasks, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work 10am–6:30pm, five days per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS American Heart Association (BLS) certification preferred or required as specified.
• Must pass pre-employment clinical assessment and be able to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Cleans OR surgical suites and assigned areas daily, including trash removal, linen changes and surface sanitization.
• Assist nurse with providing basic patient care.
• Assist with moving surgical equipment.
• Stock supplies in surgical suites as necessary.
