Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Colorado is seeking an onsite perioperative support role to ensure safe and efficient patient flow. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting surgical surfaces, equipment and positioning devices, and assisting the perioperative team.

This full-time position offers a flex shift, 80 hours per pay period, and pay ranging from $19.67 to $25.57 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED, or UCHealth-administered competency test.
• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum Experience: None required.
• BLS/ CPR card must be valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and stores required equipment.
• Restocks linens and supplies.
• Assists with patient transportation and preparation. Transports blood products and specimens.
• Assists the Perioperative team as needed.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
