Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking staff to support daily operating room operations, ensuring sterilization and cleanliness per AORN standards. You will assist with lateral patient transfers and position patients on surgical beds under RN guidance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of healthcare or customer service experience; LNA/CMA/EMT may be preferred but are not required. Weekend call rotates may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• LNA/CMA/EMT preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean the operating room in accordance with AORN and regulatory standards.
• Assist the registered nurse in the lateral transfer of patients.
• Assist with positioning patient on a surgical bed under RN direction and in accordance with AORN standards.
