Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Two or more years of Operating Room experience.
• RN license in North Carolina (or compact state).
• BCLS certification required; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support OR daily schedule and service line activities.
• Supervise RNs, Surgical Technologists and ancillary staff in the OR.
• Manage equipment, instrumentation, and preferences for assigned surgeons.
• Coordinate staffing, vendor needs, and supplies across shifts.
• Plan and implement education for OR staff and new procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to improve workflows and quality.
