Job summary

A leading ambulatory surgery center is seeking an Operating Room RN to provide direct patient care and advocate for patients throughout the perioperative process. This role involves supporting surgeons and anesthesia providers while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Ideal candidates must hold a current RN license, have at least one year of OR experience, and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of Operating Room experience required, especially with Ortho scopes and total joints.
• Current RN license is a must.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as circulating nurse, supporting patients, surgeons, and anesthesia staff during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with aseptic and surgical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and professional development activities.
