Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc in Murray, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure evidence-based practices.

You will develop individualized plans, educate patients and families, delegate tasks, and monitor outcomes while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and at least 1 year OR experience preferred; BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• 1 year of OR experience.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family input.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks to team members.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
