Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative, licensed setting.

The RN will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans while involving patients and families in education and decision-making. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS for healthcare providers, and at least 1 year of OR experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• 1 year of OR experience.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
• BSN preferred; degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Provide teaching and referrals as needed.
• Document care accurately and timely per licensure and guidelines.
