IU Health Fishers is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Operating Room team. The role involves preparing the OR, handling instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment to support a range of procedures.

You'll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia staff, CSTs, and OR assistants to provide focused, high‑quality care. A BSN is preferred; ASN required; Indiana RN license or NLC license essential, with BLS at minimum.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; other ALS may be required per unit policies.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the OR, manage instruments and ensure a sterile environment.
• Care for patients undergoing procedures such as listed surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, CSTs and OR assistants to deliver high‑quality patient care.
