Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years.
• Supervisor Experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and conducts performance reviews.
• Oversees staffing and budget adherence for the OR team.
• Develops staffing plans to meet department goals.
• Coordinates patient care and plan of care for OR patients.
• Manages payroll updates and timekeeping for staff.
• Speaks to disciplinary actions and coaching when needed.
