Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates staff performance.
• Ensures group productivity aligns with departmental goals.
• Participates in staffing, budgeting and expense management.
• Develops and implements a collaborative plan of care.
• Oversees payroll updates and time card reconciliation.
• Leads staff communications and huddle meetings.
• Assigns nursing tasks and overtime as needed.
