Job summary

The position requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of RN experience. BSN is preferred. Mindful of safety and patient advocacy, you will contribute to ongoing quality improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess and interpret patient data to meet age-specific needs.
• Coordinate with interprofessional team to manage changing priorities.
• Lead and mentor colleagues in clinical knowledge and judgment.
• Participate in development and continuous improvement of care planning processes.
