Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability. You will coordinate with other departments and uphold patient rights and privacy per Mercy standards.

The role requires an RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and nursing education (AD, Diploma, or BSN). BLS and additional certifications may be needed depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma or BSN).
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality in line with Mercy Service Standards.
