Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required within specified timelines.
• Perioperative nursing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.
