Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience upon hire.
• TX RN licensure upon hire and CPR certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment; notify changes to physician.
• Planning: develop and document plan of care and discharge goals.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes to physician.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and adjust care as needed.
• Report Skills: give/receive bedside reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and report hazards.
