Job summary

Huntsville Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical, critical care and medical‑surgical units. You will deliver patient care through the nursing process and coordinate all nursing services to ensure effective, efficient care and optimal patient outcomes. Education: Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing.

Must provide evidence to perform waived testing. Alabama RN license with current BLS; ACLS required or obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing.
• 2 years RN nursing experience in Surgical Services, Critical Care, or Medical-Surgical Nursing.
• Alabama RN license with current BLS; ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices; collaborate with other disciplines to ensure outcomes.
