Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to care for patients from 6 months through adulthood undergoing surgical procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and use of informatics to support safe patient care.

You will scrub, gown, and glove, circulate cases, and assist with equipment setup and sterile technique. OR call requirements exist with flexible day shifts and potential night coverage.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Experience with OR nursing and surgical instrumentation preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care during surgical/invasive procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgeons and staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain aseptic technique and manage intraoperative equipment.
• Utilize informatics to document care and support decision making.
