Job summary

Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Mint Hill, North Carolina. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative OR team with exposure to a wide range of procedures, delivering compassionate, high-quality care across the perioperative continuum.

Minimum two years of OR hospital experience is required. Eligible for relocation assistance, and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the United States is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred) from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and stabilize patients.
• Support anesthesia, circulating, and equipment setup to ensure safe procedures.
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort during all phases of care.
• Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking to support positive outcomes.
