Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for an on-site Operating Room position at UCHealth Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Woodland Park, CO. The role is full-time, dayshift, 80 hours per pay period, with compensation between $38.91 and $60.31 per hour based on experience.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with current RN license in good standing; BSN preferred. ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire; BLS required at start. This is an onsite role with no remote options.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire; BLS through AHA/Red Cross with current card.

Responsibilities

• Performs circulating functions before surgery; prepares environment; reviews patient records and surgeon notes.
• Monitors patient condition; documents interventions; manages sterile field and room traffic.
• Performs scrub functions: instrument handling and counts with circulating nurse.
• Provides nursing care to high-acuity surgical patients in a technically complex setting.
• Demonstrates critical thinking; capable of working in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
