Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, Colorado seeks a full-time OR RN to join the Operating Room AIP team. The position offers day shifts, 1.0 FTE, and hourly pay from $38.91 to $60.31, with potential differential pay for additional OR experience.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active RN license, BLS, and at least 6 months of OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 6 months OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS certification required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective and evidence-based practice.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff and students.
• Support safety and quality at the point of care.
• Direct care in Perioperative, PACU or Operating Room settings.
