Job summary

Abington Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time day shift role requires prior OR experience with circulating and scrubbing duties preferred, and a specialized nursing diploma is required.

You will work with the team to educate patients and families, document care, monitor outcomes, and participate in safety and quality initiatives, all while delivering respectful, culturally aware care.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate in nursing is required.
• BSN or higher degree strongly preferred within 3 years.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to provide safe, compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families, identifying learning needs and priorities.
