Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, IA. This full-time day shift position runs Monday to Thursday 4x10s and includes on-call responsibilities.

A $15,000 commitment bonus is offered for a two-year agreement. The role requires an accredited RN program graduate, Iowa license or compact state, BLS and ACLS. OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program required with current RN license in Iowa or a Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• One year Surgical or OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients and develop nursing plan of care under supervision of the Director.
• Perform procedures within the scope of practice as defined by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
