Allina Health in Hastings, MN is seeking an RN to join the Surgical Services team for day/evening 8-hour shifts. The role requires circulating and scrubbing in OR with on-call weekends and a 32-hour per week schedule.

Minimum one year perioperative/operating room experience with Peri-Op 101 or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and OR experience is a plus. Licensure in MN/WI may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• RN experience required.
• Completion or in progress of perioperative training program required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• OR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan of care.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporates evidence-based nursing practice considering current statutes and regulations.
• Coordinates and delegates to ensure safe, effective care.
• Leads in surgical environment applying nursing process for safe OR care.
