Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Active RN license in state(s) where providing care; Multi-state license may be required.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans, and collaborate with the team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and patient records.
• May float to other units as needed within the service area.
