Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center Macon is seeking a dedicated RN Circulator for our Main Operating Room in Macon, Georgia. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-acuity perioperative environment within a nationally verified Level I Trauma Center.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, caring for patients and families, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia teams, and maintaining compliant documentation and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with Georgia privileges; multi-state compact acceptable.
• BLS certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation.
• May float to other units as needed; ensure safety and ethics in care.
