Job summary

baptisthlth is seeking an OR RN to join our operating room team in Boca Raton, FL. The role requires circulating or scrubbing experience and the ability to report within 30 minutes of call time. Minimum 3 years in an acute OR setting, BLS and ACLS are required.

Some shifts include weekend coverage; on-call duties are part of the schedule. RNs must hold an Associates or Bachelors in Nursing, maintain an active RN license, and complete required preceptorship training within 12 months of competency

Qualifications

• Requires RN with an acute OR background.
• Must hold an active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• RNs hired after certain dates with BSN requirements must complete preceptorship within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Circulate or scrub in operating room cases.
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative team to maintain patient safety.
• Attend to on-call and weekend shifts as part of scheduling.
