Overview

Experience

• 12 months of CVOR experience with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.
• Experience with McKesson is preferred (any duration).

Requirements

• Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 50 miles of facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

• Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.
• Block booking and schedule patterns are based on department needs.
• Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card.
• Floating Requirements: Will float to other surgery teams within the department, including pediatric, orthopedic, neuro, and multispecialty teams.
• 7 days maximum time off
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor) and 1 reference from last 3 years (any type) – required for submission
