Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Sunrise is preferred from any number of months.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details

Shift Notes: Mon-Fri 4 10 hr Day shifts with a floating day off during the week. Call for the month will be as follow: 3-4 weeknights starting at 1900-0630 1 24 hr Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700

Orientation: Every Monday

Weekend Requirement: Varies will discuss in interview - Call - varies discuss in interview

Exp / must have skills- Types of cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, ENT. Circulate only.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
