McLean Tysons Orthopedic Surgery Center, LLC is a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing minimally invasive musculoskeletal surgical procedures for patients in Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and beyond.

We are seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our busy center.

Position Summary:

The Operating Room RN provides expert nursing care during surgical procedures, demonstrating leadership and competence in assessment, treatment, and patient care. The RN is committed to delivering safe, quality, and compassionate care efficiently.

Position Requirements:

• Unencumbered active VA RN License
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and staff
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong organizational skills with an understanding of efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Knowledge of OR Circulator RN duties and aseptic techniques
• Understanding of anesthetic agents, complications, and emergency response
• Aptitude for troubleshooting medical equipment
• Scrubbing experience is a plus
