Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license without restriction.
• BSN, or BSN with MSN, required.
• 2 years OR RN experience in a level 1 or 2 setting.
• 2 years in Circulating Nurse and Scrub Nurse roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate nursing activities.
• English language proficiency and clinical documentation ability.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate unit nursing activities.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff in perioperative settings.
• Deliver total, patient-centered care across the OR continuum.
