Job summary

The position requires a current NJ RN license, BLS, and OR/PACU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; NJ RN license required.
• BLS/HCP within one year from hire date for specialty leaders.
• ACLS/CNOR preferred.
• 3-5 years OR/PACU experience required; 2 years of specialty experience may be sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR/PACU team coordination and assignments based on acuity and staffing.
• Lead the patient care process in collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure alignment with medical plans.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and provide leadership to the patient care team.
