Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Surgical Services RN for days, full-time. You will perform scrub and circulator duties, assist with sterile technique, patient positioning, and partner with surgeons to support safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required before hire.
• BLS certification within 1 month; ACLS within 6 months.
• Diploma from accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Execute scrub functions with instrumentation and supplies.
• Execute circulator functions, monitoring, documentation, and real-time communication.
• Collaborate with surgeons to facilitate hemostasis, suturing, and optimal patient positioning.
• Oversee preparation and sterilization of rooms, instruments, and high-tech equipment.
• Deliver nursing care with emphasis on safety, sterility, and outcomes.
