Mercy South is seeking new graduate and experienced nurses for OR opportunities, with a residency program starting February 22, 2027. Five 8s daytime schedule, and a location at Mercy South in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Graduated from nursing program (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Active RN license in/state compact licensure where duties performed.
• Certification in Basic Life Support or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
• Supports Mercy Service Standards and protects patient rights and confidentiality.
