Job summary

Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing with appropriate licensure.
- Experience in OR settings preferred; 2-5 years minimum with evolving responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred for leadership track.
Responsibilities
- Oversee perioperative patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes across ages.
- Coordinate staffing and assignments; manage time and payroll processes.
- Lead clinical staff development, performance reviews and coaching.
