Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, and evaluates staff.
• Ensure department goals align with leadership guidance.
• Assist in staffing, budgets, and payroll processes.
• Prepare and coordinate staff huddles and meetings.
• Determine staffing needs and nursing assignments.
• Support annual increases and staff performance reviews.

Education

Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
