Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a RN leader to guide a dynamic team of Healthcare Heroes across designated units. You will leverage transformational leadership, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary collaboration to grow practice, improve quality, and sustain a rewarding career with impact.

You will mentor staff and partner with Medical Directors to advance care delivery. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, a Nursing degree, and PA RN licensure (BLS) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years managing people, processes, or projects required.
• Operating Room experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing personnel and daily operations.
• Lead unit with admin and medical staff support.
• Develop and implement improvements for quality and cost of care.
• Ensure adequate staffing and regulatory compliance.
